Cancellation and refund policy
- If notified 30 days or more before the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of travel fee
- If notified 20 days or more before the start of the trip (29 to 20): Refund after deducting 10% from the total product price
- Up to 6 days before the start of the trip (19 to 6) ) When notified: Refund after deducting 15% from the total product price
- When notifying 1 day before the start of the trip (1~5): Refund after deducting 20% from the total
